I've sent over 20 emails to them about an order that arrived malfunctioning and they've been extremely unresponsive. It's been 2 months and they don't reply to tickets
The experience was terrible. I ordered a mouse form there with $7.99 shipping and it said it would come in 5-10 days. It came in 12 days. I’d say this company isn’t accurate with arrival times and they waited until the 9th day to ship. Worst experience ever.

I recently ordered the glorious model o, but it didn't arrive. thanks to their great customer support within 4 days we were able to create a solution and have another shipped strait over to me. THIS COMPANY IS SERIOUSLY GREAT.
zero support from them there mouse started off amazing but less than 3 months does not work anymore with not a lot of use. would not recommend.
Horrible ... mouse broke 3 days after getting it . They never responded to any of my emails. Will never buy from again. I encourage u not to as well.
We bought a Glorious Model O Matte Black mouse recently and after a month or so one of the buttons stopped working. Within 24 hours of emailing their customer services a new mouse had been dispatched. So top notch customer service, rarely seen better. Fingers crossed the new mouse lasts better. But great company.
The experience was HORRIBLE!! I am still waiting for a package to come in the mail and it’s about 2 weeks late, it’s been 5 weeks since the order and we ordered another one that we got for free from support and they said it should be here in 3 days but guessing by this experience it won’t be here, probably another year before my package comes.
Item bought on April 14, it's 10 May and still not received. Terrible experience with this service.
Disappointing customer service.
They made it difficult to get a spare part even though I was out of warranty and was willing to pay for it. I provided the serial number of the keyboard and the order number from the site I purchased it from, but this wasn't good enough. I was told I need to take a video of the keyboards fault and in the same video capture the serial number and the order number of the item from the site I ordered it from with the date and upload it to some website and then give them the link! Why is this so much hassle and why do you need all this information? I am unable to record a video and upload it. I am still waiting on some answers and will update this if necessary.

Okai so i bought a Model -0 mouse and for the first 3 days it was fine till i started hearing squeaking noise from the mouse wheel, so i emailed them and told the problem, so they ask for the natural procedure on all the information to know I'm not just anyone asking for anything, so i complied sent a video of the problem with the sn and order ID which was bought from the website itself, now this process took at least 3 days of emails back and forth now they want me to do a handstand while scrolling with the mouse wheel showing the proof while showing the Order ID and the SN of the mouse with the serial number of the mouse which i never knew 2 serial # in one item while playing warzone all at the same time or they wont believe that this video is real or not. LOLZ you guys are a joke.. and Grow tf up you are not a paladin ur a normal person who works there so calm down chief and don't let the power get into your small head. The mouse works perfectly fine except its squeaking like a real mouse...
Update: They got back to me and showed me a way of fixing it but they did offer me some incentives for the trouble so i changed it to 4*

Compared to other companies I've dealt with Glorious is on Point. I'm not going to argue anyone else's review, because we clearly didn't have the same experience.
I bought the Glorious Model O Wireless, it ended up hurting my hand, contacted customer service, and the return was handled in about a week. It was a solid mouse. Had no issues with the sensor, or the durability. If it wasn't for the shape I would prefer the MOW over the G Pro X Superlight I'm using now. It just seems more solid, with better buttons. It was just the shape that made me return it.
I live in the US, and had no issue with shipping. Everything I've ordered from them arrived on time, as expected. Anything that has to do with COVID delays, or Weather isn't on them. FedEx, or whoever handles it might try to put it on them, but it really is the shipping company in most cases, not the store front.
Out of all the peripheral companies I've dealt with I have the most faith in Glorious. If that changes so will my review. I'm sure they expect as much.
